How to Access and Modify CodeGuard
After you have purchased CodeGuard, the page in your Customer Portal will now allow you to manage and modify your CodeGuard account. This article will walk you through accessing and modifying CodeGuard.
The article will provide step by step instructions for the following:
Log into to CodeGuard
To log into your CodeGuard dashboard after purchasing it:
- Log into your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab, then Manage under the desired hosting package.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section:
- Click Login to CodeGuard.
You will then be redirected to the CodeGuard dashboard where you can monitor, create, and restore website backups.
Upgrade CodeGuard
To upgrade your CodeGuard service to allow larger backups or other features included in higher plans:
- Log into your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab, then Manage under the desired hosting package.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section:
- Click Upgrade:
- On the next page, click Buy Now under the plan you wish to upgrade to:
- Select your method of payment and complete the order on the next page.
Cancel CodeGuard
To cancel your CodeGuard service:
- Log into your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab, then Manage under the desired hosting package.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section:
- From here, please click Cancel to proceed with canceling your CodeGuard service.
