How to Access and Modify CodeGuard

How to log in to CodeGuard
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage under the hosting package where you purchased CodeGuard.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section.
- Click Login to CodeGuard.
You will then be redirected to the CodeGuard dashboard, where you can monitor, create, and restore website backups.
How to upgrade CodeGuard
You may want to upgrade your CodeGuard service to allow larger backups and enjoy the other features included in higher plans.
To upgrade CodeGuard:
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab from the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage under the hosting package where you purchased CodeGuard.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section.
- Click Upgrade.
- On the next page, click Buy Now under the plan you wish to upgrade.
- Select your method of payment and complete the order on the next page.
How to cancel CodeGuard
To cancel your CodeGuard service:
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Click the Hosting tab, then Manage under the hosting package where CodeGuard is.
- On the next page, click Manage in the CodeGuard section.
- From here, click Cancel to proceed with the cancellation.
