How to Upgrade SiteLock

To upgrade your SiteLock plan:

1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
2. Depending on the number of hosting packages in your account, please follow the steps below.
   • If you have a single hosting package in your account, click Websites from the left-side menu.

     

   • If you have multiple hosting packages in your account, please do the following.
     1. Click Hosting from the left-side menu.

        

     2. Locate the hosting package with SiteLock, then click its Manage button.

        

3. On the Hosting plan page, locate your website name and click its Settings button.

   

4. On your website's management page, click the Security tab.

   

5. Under SiteLock, click the Upgrade Plan link.

   

6. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select the SiteLock plan you want to upgrade to.
7. Make sure that you have a payment method on file to proceed with this purchase. You may be prompted to add your billing details if you don't have one yet.
8. Once your payment method is set, select your preferred higher-tier SiteLock plan and put a checkmark on the "By selecting upgrade now, you agree to purchase the selected SiteLock plan with..."

   

9. Click Upgrade Now.
10. Proceed to the Checkout page and finalize the payment.

SiteLock Legacy Plans

If you purchased a SiteLock plan before February 12, 2020, and wish to upgrade your plan, you will need to upgrade from the SiteLock legacy plans listed below.

*Please note that the SiteLock basic Web Application Firewall and basic Content Delivery Network (included in the Find and Fix plans) do not support websites with an SSL (sites displaying as “https://” in the browser address bar). If you’d like to use an SSL, you will need to upgrade to the premium web application firewall and content delivery network available in the Prevent plan. If you purchased a SiteLock plan before November 20, 2015, and wish to upgrade your plan, you will need to upgrade from the SiteLock legacy plans listed below.
