Unable to Access my Old Account

Do you have a HostGator account that you're attempting to access? Has it been a while since you accessed your HostGator Customer Portal, and you know you're using the correct email address and password? But, alas, you're still unable to log in. If you're experiencing this issue, your account has been deactivated due to inactivity.

You may ask, "Why is my account deactivated?"

If you go for more than 90 days without having an active product in your Customer Portal, your account will be automatically deactivated. If you find that you still need hosting, we recommend signing up for a new account. Check out the various hosting packages we offer! As you may well be aware, we offer products and services that will surely fit your hosting needs. From hosting plans, domains, malware and backup services, SSL, and design services, you'll definitely find the perfect hosting products for your online business.

  • You can use a new email address to sign up for a new account.
  • If you want to use your old email address in signing up, please contact us via phone or chat so we can assist you.
