Email Connection Settings
When setting up your email client or email applications, your settings must match the settings provided in your hosting account. This article covers a complete set of matching settings for each desired email configuration for our servers.

What Are My Email Settings?
Depending on your hosting type, click the links below to know about your email settings.
cPanel Emails
For emails hosted on cPanel, you may use the following options for each protocol:
Outgoing Email Settings (SMTP)

If your emails are being hosted on a Plesk or Windows server, you may use the following settings for your email program.

Click Here to Know Where to Find your Server HostnameTo locate your server hostname in your Customer Portal:
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- Select Hosting from the left-side menu.
- Locate your hosting package from the list.
- Click Manage under your hosting package.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Your server hostname is listed under Server.
- The settings discussed above are the same for your addon and parked domains.
