Accessing Your Main Dashboard
Note: If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- While you're provided with separate logins for the Customer Portal and cPanel, so that you can share access to the cPanel without granting access to your billing information, we've simplified the process of accessing the control panel for the account owner so that you don't have to sign in multiple times. Under the Control Panel column are links to different sections of your cPanel.
Single Sign-On Links- Addon Domains: An addon domain is an additional domain that the system stores as a subdomain of your main site. Use addon domains to host additional domains on your account.
- Email Accounts: This feature lets you create and manage email accounts.
- Databases: Manage large amounts of information over the web easily. MySQL databases are necessary to run many web-based applications, such as bulletin boards, content management systems, and online shopping carts.
- File Manager: Organizes all the files in your account into folders. Use the File Manager interface to manage and edit your files.
- Install WordPress: One of the most widely-used content management systems used to build a vast array of websites. Here we give you a shortcut to jump right into the installation to help you get started quickly.
- WordPress Dashboard
You can easily log in to your dashboard via WordPress Single Sign-On (SSO) in the Customer Portal.Note: This is only available to new Shared hosting customers who used the One-Click method to create a new WordPress site.
