Internal Email is not being Received
If you cannot receive mail from yourself by sending from a form or from a subaccount but can receive mail from everywhere else, it is usually because you are or were hosting your mail on a third-party server. In this case, you may want to check your MX records and email delivery method (email routing) to make sure you have the correct settings.

If you are hosting your emails through a third-party email application or server, ensure that you set your email routing to Remote Mail Exchanger. If you want HostGator to host your emails, set your email routing to Local.
