Internal Email is not being Received

If you cannot receive mail from yourself by means of sending from a form or from a subaccount, but you can receive mail from everywhere else, it is usually because you are or were hosting your mail on a third party server.

You can review your MX routing settings and your MX records by going either to your MX Entry icon or the DNS Zone Editor icon in cPanel. For more information on how to make modifications or how to review your MX records and settings, please read:
