How to Set Up Email Forwarding - Plesk
Setting up email forwarding in Plesk allows you to automatically send incoming messages from one email address to another. This is useful for managing multiple inboxes or ensuring you don’t miss important emails. The process is simple and follows the same steps across Plesk versions, with only minor differences in layout.
This example is using Plesk 18. The steps will be the same for other versions of Plesk; however, the button locations may be different.
- Log in to Plesk.
- Click on the Mail tab.

- Select the email address that you wish to modify.

- Click on the Forwarding tab.

- In the email's Forwarding page, do the following:
- Click Switch on mail forwarding if it is not already switched on.
- Type in the email address you want to forward the emails to.
- Click the OK button.
