How Can I Merge Two Billing Accounts?
We can merge two billing accounts to make your hosting packages accessible from one place with a single billing login. We can even move individual packages from one billing account to another.
To request an account merge:
- Contact us via phone or Live Chat and specify the primary email address for the billing account to which you would like everything moved.
- Provide the primary email address for the remaining accounts from which you want the data to be moved away.
- We will request email confirmation from both primary email addresses.
Once we have received email confirmation for both accounts, we can then merge your billing accounts. We will respond to the ticket once the accounts have been merged.
