Forwarding Mail in Plesk

We initially set the email address for the customer account to deliver email to an address on the server. Still, we would like a copy of the email to be sent to our original email address.

To set up an email forwarding for an email address:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Select the Mail tab in the left-hand menu.

    Plesk cPanel Mail

  3. Click on the email address in the listing; you will be taken to a page where you can change the properties.
  4. Select the Forwarding tab.

  5. Below the tabs, a checkbox labeled Switch on mail forwarding controls whether forwarding is turned on. Make sure the checkbox is checked.

  7. Click OK.

If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, go to Mail, click the email address and in the General tab, clear the Mailbox checkbox, and click OK.
