Forwarding Mail in Plesk
We originally set the email address for the customer account to deliver email to an address on the server, but we would also like a copy of the email to be sent to our original email address as well. To set up an email forwarder in Plesk:
- From the Mail tab, click on the email address in the listing; you will be taken to a page where you can change the properties.
Note: On the properties page, there is no password box; this is because the email address is assigned to a Control Panel user account, and the passwords are synchronized.
If you need to change the password for this email account, you can do so from the Users tab or from the Account tab as described earlier.
- Click on the Forwarding tab.
- Below the tabs, there is a checkbox labeled Switch on mail forwarding that controls whether forwarding is turned on. Make sure the checkbox is checked.
- In the text box, input any email addresses to which you would like email forwarded.
