Forwarding Mail in Plesk

We initially set the email address for the customer account to deliver email to an address on the server. Still, we would like a copy of the email to be sent to our original email address.

To set up email forwarding:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Select the Mail tab from the left-side menu.

  3. Click on the email address in the listing; you will be taken to a page where you can change the properties.
  4. Select the Forwarding tab.

  5. Below the tabs, a checkbox labeled Switch on mail forwarding controls whether forwarding is enabled or disabled. Make sure the checkbox is selected.

  6. Specify one or several email addresses to which email must be forwarded.

  7. Click OK.
If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, go to Mail, click the email address and in the General tab, clear the Mailbox checkbox, and click OK.
