Customer Portal - Contact Support

The Contact Support page is where you can directly contact support for your services. You can start a chat for answers to any of your Support, Billing, Migrations, Security, Windows Support, or even Pre-Sales questions.

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
    • If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.
  2. Select Support from the left-hand side menu.

  3.  There are several ways to obtain help from HostGator via the Support page, such as searching our Knowledge Base, calling us, or starting a live chat. Please see the instructions below to start a live chat with HostGator below:

Starting a Live Chat
  1. Click Start Live Chat.

  2. Select the Topic related to your issue. Or wait a few seconds for the Chat Box to appear on the screen.

  3. In the chat box, you can type in  your issue or select on pre-configured topic closest to your issue.

You will then be placed in a queue to speak to live support as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you may directly contact us via phone or chat.
