Customer Portal - Contact Support
The Contact Support page is where you can directly contact support for your services. You can start a chat for answers to any of your Support, Billing, Migrations, Security, Windows Support, or even Pre-Sales questions.
To Contact Support
- Log in to your Customer Portal.
- If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the login area, then follow the instructions emailed to the primary email address on file.
- Select Support from the left-hand side menu.
There are several ways to obtain help from HostGator via the Support page, such as searching our Knowledge Base, calling us, or starting a live chat. To start a live chat with HostGator, please see the instructions below:
Starting a Live Chat
- Click Start Live Chat.
- Enter the Topic you believe the issue is related to, the Description, and a detailed explanation of the issue, then click Find Help.
- Click Start Chat at the bottom of the help article.
