How to Contact HostGator

HostGator agents are available 24/7/365 to answer your questions and assist with our products and services. You can contact us via live chat or phone, whichever method is most convenient for you!

HostGator Support

If you find yourself needing to contact HostGator, you'll want to have the following account information handy before reaching out to us.

  • Admin Email - The primary contact email associated with the account.
  • Domain Name - The domain associated with the hosting package.
  • Security PIN - The 4-8 digit PIN for the account. The PIN is created during sign-up and is used to verify the account.

At HostGator, we take security and privacy very seriously. Once your account is located, we will verify the account to answer specific questions and assist with the account. Please be prepared to provide us with the Security PIN or another form of verification. If you cannot verify the account, we will answer general questions - just nothing specifically about the account.

Gator Website Builder Support
