Can I Get Extra Bandwidth and Space?

Shared Hosting

You will not need extra disk space and bandwidth as we do not limit these to Shared hosting accounts.

Reseller and VPS hosting

If you need more bandwidth or disk space, you can configure your account through your WHM.

To configure bandwidth or disk space in WHM:

1. Log in to WHM.
2. Go to the Modify an Account section by typing the keyword on the Search box on the left-side panel or at the top of the page.

   

3. You can also manually locate and expand the Account Functions section on the left-side panel, then click Modify an Account from the list.
4. Select the cPanel account you want to update, then click on the Modify button.
   Tip: Another way to go to the Modify an Account section is through the List Accounts.

   1. Look for List Accounts using the Search box.

      

   2. Locate the cPanel account you want to upgrade in the List Accounts section.
   3. Click the (+) symbol on the left to expand and show the cPanel account details.

      

   4. Click on the Modify Account button.

      

5. Scroll down to the Resource Limits section. This section allows you to edit the following settings:
   • Package — Select the hosting plan associated with the account
   • Disk Space Quota (MB) — Enter the amount of space for the new account in Megabytes (MB), or you can set it to unlimited.
   • Monthly Bandwidth Limit (MB) — Enter the amount of data that the new account can use each month in Megabytes (MB), or set it to unlimited.
   • Max FTP Accounts — Enter the maximum number of FTP accounts that can be created in the account.
   • Max Email Accounts — Enter the maximum number of email addresses that can be created in the account.
   • Mail Quota per Email Address (MB) —set the email maximum of an email address in Megabytes (MB) or set it to unlimited.

     

Dedicated hosting

Depending on the location of your dedicated server, a SAN may be ordered to achieve more disk space. Please understand that this cannot be transferred to another server.
