Customer Portal - Billing History

The Customer Portal provides you with the billing history of your HostGator account. You can find this in the Order History section, where you can print and review all invoices for the lifetime of your account.

To view or print your billing history:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon and then select Order History from the list of options.

  3. Your account's invoices will be displayed. You can scroll through the invoices to locate a specific invoice.

  4. To view more invoices or organize the invoices according to the order date or payment method used, click on Filters.

  5. Select your preferred filters in the pop-up window, then click the Apply button.

  6. To print an invoice, select the checkbox of the invoice you want to print, then click the Export Invoices button at the top.

  7. Your invoice details will be displayed on another tab.

  8. Right-click on the invoice and select Print, or press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac) on your keyboard to print the invoice.
