VPS Automatic Updates

cPanel and WHM are automatically updated to the most stable version to ensure that each update runs smoothly with our servers and to ensure that your control panel functions as smoothly as possible. However, there are some circumstances in which cPanel will not automatically update, including but not limited to:

• MySQL is older than 5.5
• RPMDB or yum is broken or in an inconsistent state
• cPanel automatic updates are shut off.

In addition, we proactively perform kernel updates to the server to make sure that all accounts on the server remain synced and up-to-date.
