SSL from Enom

If you are a Hostgator reseller, and you purchase an SSL directly from eNom through your eNom account, you will receive an email that appears to be from Hostgator saying you can retrieve your SSL certificate from registerpdq.com, however this is incorrect.

You actually need to login to your eNom account at enomcentral.com and go to "SSL Certificates > Manage" to retrieve the certificate.
