Set Up Global Listing Attributes

Global Listing Attributes allow you to establish default values in your listings. This reduces data entry time since you only need to input the values once. This article will explain how you can set up the Global Listing Attributes in Ecomdash.

How to Set up Global Listing Attributes

1. From your WordPress Dashboard, log in to the Ecomdash dashboard.

   

2. Within the Ecomdash dashboard, click Products from the left-side menu.

   

3. Select All Products from the dropdown.
4. Click on View from the Actions menu to go to the product details page.
5. On the next page, click Manage Listings in the top-right corner.
6. From the Manage Listing pop-up window, set the global attributes that will be used as the default settings if the listing-specific information is not available. This will reduce the amount of data you will need to add before submitting a listing to a new storefront from Ecomdash.

You can also set these values in bulk.

1. Click on the Actions icon in the top-right corner of your screen and select Download Listings from the dropdown.
2. Select the channel you'd like to download from, and then click on Set Global Attributes.
3. Click on Go! to initiate the downloading of listings from the selected channel and to set the global attributes.
