Problems with AOL browser
Unable to log into cPanel, WHM, or webmail using AOL built-in browser?
- Sign in with the AOL Master Screen Name.
- Press Ctrl K
- Type the command "browser fix" as two words and press Enter.
- Look for a "(0)" in the bottom of the dialog box which appears.
The Dialog box should read similar to: "Your AOL Software will be set up so that Tunneling is turned on. Click OK and reboot your computer so that the changes take effect.(0)"
If it shows "(1)" at the end, return to step 3.
- Restart AOL and log in again; reboot is optional. To make sure that the changes take effect, AOL must be completely closed and re-opened.
