When you have an upgraded account with Gator, you automatically gain access to more useful features such as Priority Support and things like eCommerce and Ad Credits.
This article will highlight Priority Support and how to use this feature in your account. You can upgrade your account at any time to include these features and the ones listed below. Be sure to contact support if you need help getting set up correctly.
What is Priority Support:
Imagine if our technical support team had a physical service desk you could walk up to. Oddly, there would be a line of people waiting if you did. Even if we opened multiple service desks, due to the number of customers seeking help, you might find yourself waiting (holding) for assistance with an issue.
Since many of these customers will have basic accounts, it only makes sense to give our upgraded customers a way to skip that waiting line and get right to the help they paid to receive.
Although our support agents do not help with building or changing any website content, in any case, we will always help you to become familiar with the builder, learn the account tools, and troubleshoot issues that may arise. Since the website builder was designed to be an easy-to-use, do-it-yourself option, we have provided copious amounts of Knowledgebase Articles to help even the most novice users become more familiar with their accounts.
Once you are on a paid account, you can use the above features; they will activate automatically.
