Parallels Plesk Panel is a software package designed to help you create and administer websites, email accounts, DNS entries, and more. Plesk 11.5 comes with our Windows Shared packages, Windows VPS plans, and Windows Dedicated servers.
Plesk offers multiple levels of access, management, and control. Broadly, server-wide management (including creating individual customer accounts on VPS and Dedicated servers) is accessed through the Server Administration Panel. Individual accounts are managed through the Plesk Control Panel associated with that account.
