Am I being charged today?
No, your account will not charge at this time, you are only confirming that the payment information we have on file is up to date. Your account will charge upon your normal renewal cycle.
If you’re not sure when your account is set to renew, you can check at any time within your website dashboard, under the invoices tab.
Why is this change happening?
We've upgraded our PayPal system to help us better serve you and help you grow your business, which will make it easier for you to pay for our website builder tools and services through PayPal from now on.
Why do I need to enter my login information?
Entering your credentials again into PayPal will make sure that we have the correct account associated with your account in our new system.
Will my website be affected?
Your website will not change because of this update. However, if your PayPal account information is not updated, we won’t be able to charge your account and your services could get canceled.
In the meantime, you will not be able to make any add-on purchases or upgrading your account to a new plan until you update your PayPal credentials.
What will this change/improve?
