One of My Sites Exceeded Its Bandwidth Limit. I Raised Its Limit, but the Site Is Still Saying Bandwidth Exceeded.

Note: Viewing the site in Incognito or in a Private Browser will possibly cache content in the browser for the website.

Ensure you have first upgraded the site to a package that suits its needs by doing the following.

  1. Log into WHM.
  2. Navigate to the Account Functions, then select Upgrade/Downgrade an Account.

  3. Select the account or  domain to which you would like to make changes. Click Modify.

  4. Select the package to which you'd like the domain to be upgraded.

  5. Click Upgrade/Downgrade.

Package upgrade/ downgrade not reflecting on the account? Here's a workaround to expedite it. 

  1. Log into WHM.
  2. Navigate to the Account Functions, then select Limit Bandwidth Usage.

  3. Select the account or  domain to which you would like to make changes. Click Limit.

  4. Enter new bandwidth. Give the site 1 MB of additional bandwidth. Click Change.

  5. Refresh the site in your browser.
