Modify cPanel/WHM News
This feature in WHM will allow a reseller to send a message which will appear on your user and reseller's WHM and cPanel interfaces.

How to set custom messages in WHM
To send custom messages to your users and resellers, perform the following steps.
- Log in to WHM.
- Using the search bar in either the left navigation menu or at the top of the page, enter a keyword such as "news" to look for the Modify cPanel & WHM News section.
- In this section, you will be presented with options for your news audience if you are logged in as Root. While if you're logged in as a Reseller, the only option is to send the news to all the accounts you own. Here are the examples when you're logged using Root and Resellers:
- cPanel/ WHM News interface when logged in as Root.
- Global News - The messages in this text box will be displayed on all users' (including reseller's customers) cPanel dashboards.
- Global WHM News - The messages in this text box are displayed in all resellers' WHM dashboards.
- Reseller Customer News - In this text box, the messages are displayed in the cPanel dashboards of all user accounts that are owned by resellers.
- cPanel News - The cPanel dashboards of all of the accounts owned by your account will show the messages in this text box.
- cPanel/ WHM News interface when logged in as a Reseller
- cPanel/ WHM News interface when logged in as Root.
- Once done composing the news for your preferred audience, click on Save News.
Where to find the cPanel/WHM news in the user's cPanel account
- Log in to WHM.
- Using the search bar in either the left navigation menu or at the top-right corner, search for List Accounts.
- Click on the cPanel logo of the account you wish to view.
- In the top-right corner, click on the Notifications bell icon.
- The cPanel/WHM news will be displayed in this interface.
