Why Your Hosting Is Suspended Even After Paying Invoices

Experiencing that hosting is suspended even after paying the invoices? Several billing and account‑related factors can delay reactivation across shared hosting, VPS hosting, and Dedicated server. Understanding how payments are applied and how the system processes reactivation will help you resolve the issue quickly.

Hosting is suspended even after paying invoices

Shared Hosting Suspension

If your shared hosting account is suspended, it will not reactivate until all past due hosting invoices on your billing account are fully paid. Even after payment, your hosting account reactivation may take up to 15 minutes.

If your shared hosting plan remains suspended after the waiting period, please contact us via phone or chat so we can assist with hosting suspension issues.

VPS and Dedicated Hosting Suspension

If you have a VPS hosting plan or Dedicated server and have already paid your invoices—or if there are unpaid invoices that are not yet due—your hosting package may still remain suspended. In this case, you will need to contact us via phone or chat so we can help with reactivating your suspended hosting service.

Any payment made will automatically apply to the oldest invoice on your billing account. If you have multiple hosting packages, your payment may have been applied to a different plan than expected. This is why it’s important to pay all past due hosting invoices to avoid unintended hosting suspension.
