I cannot change packages anymore, resources over allocated

When a reseller assigns too much disk space or bandwidth to all his clients, we say you are "over-allocated." You can confirm this within your WHM, where you can see that the total disk space or bandwidth used is more than the resources.

To check if the accounts are overallocated:

  1. Log in to WHM.
  2. Look for Create a New Account by typing a keyword in the search box either on the left-side panel or at the top of the page.

  3. In the Create a New Account section, you will be prompted with the Account Creation Resource information window similar to the image below.

    The sample image above may look slightly different from what you'll see in your WHM due to the current updates; however, this window should display the resource status of each of your accounts.
