Gator Renewal Rates
To ensure uninterrupted service, all Gator accounts renew either bi-annually, annually, or monthly to the day, automatically, depending on your initial plan selection. To clarify or review these selections, be sure to review the invoice attached to your confirmation email for full payment details. All services should be paid before their respective expiration dates to avoid service interruption. Renewal status on products, including domains in your account, is set to auto-renew upon initial purchase for simplicity since we do not manage your account on your behalf.
If, for some reason, your account does not automatically renew, for example, if you have chosen to set your hosting account to Do Not Renew* or if your payment details are not up-to-date, you will need to make sure you renew your services before they expire.
