Hosting accounts you sign up for through your Gator account are set to renew automatically, per the Terms of Service agreed upon signup. The cost for your yearly subscriptions will vary depending on your selected term length and plan type. All services should be paid before expiration dates to avoid interruption.

If, for some reason, you would like your account not automatically renewed, or if you would like to cancel your account, continue reading.

Pro Tip: If you have chosen to set your hosting account to Do Not Renew or your payment details are not up-to-date, you will need to renew your services before they expire. The Do Not Renew option only turns off the automatic charge that would have occurred on the account. Your account will stay active until the service is expired or is canceled. Your account should still generate an invoice, which will remain open; until the invoice is 45 days past due (unpaid). Then the relevant services for that invoice will be canceled/ disregarded by the system.
