A: A User ID is the name or number that you use in combination with your password to log into Account Manager. The "User ID" field was formerly referred to as "User Name/Account #." If you are a returning customer, you can continue to log into Account Manager by using the same User Name/Account # you have used previously.
You can customize your User ID by logging into Account Manager and clicking "Edit User ID/Password" in the left hand navigation. If you wish to be automatically logged in every time you return to
