What is the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program for HostGator is a way to earn money for any qualified purchase from your affiliate link that is posted on your website, social media, blog, etc. All Affiliates will start at a base commission of $65. CPA increases are based on performance, conversion rate, customer renewal rate, and your AOV.
How do you track sales?
You will need to use the dedicated affiliate link that you generate from your Impact dashboard in order to be able to track and earn credit for your customers' hosting purchases.

What are the affiliate program’s commission payout terms?
Our payout turnaround for qualified sales is 2 months + 10 days after the month the sale occurred in. This is to account for HostGator's amazing 30-day money-back guarantee which makes our hosting easy to try, at no risk!

What happens to your domain?
If you register a domain through HostGator, please note there is a non-refundable USD $15.00 domain fee. You'll be free to transfer it or simply point it elsewhere. Newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period. Unless you renew your domain, you retain ownership of it until the end of its registration period.
