Employee Testimonial
"HostGator.com really cares about its employees' development and training. As an employee with minimal hosting knowledge, HostGator worked with me during training to get me up to speed while I took notes daily and studied nightly. I was constantly encouraged to ask questions of my teammates and supervisors until I felt confident enough with a specific topic. Other employers and co-workers at other companies were intimidated by my intense work ethic and desire to "jump right in" and work as relentlessly as possible. Here, though, the desire to work hard is not ruined by office politics; it is rewarded. Not only do supervisors praise hard workers, fellow technicians support them! In less than a year, I am now training new hires who are in the position I once was. Also: FREE LUNCH* AND RELAXED DRESS CODE! "
