New location positions company for next stage of growth

The new offices are located a few minutes from downtown Houston, where the company has purchased a 4-story, 30,000 square foot building for $2.4 million. This state-of-the art facility features high levels of security, monitoring and expanded infrastructure to support Host Gator's customer service operations. The new location already houses 100 employees, and has the capacity to accommodate the company's plans to eventually expand its headcount up to 300. To date the new headquarters is currently handling hundreds of phone calls, thousands of tickets, and about one thousand live chats a day.
Included in the new staffing will be system administrators and webmasters of all technical levels. On the employee lifestyle side, Host Gator looks to keep its staff as happy as its customers with a casual work environment, including a gym, showers and assorted games such as a pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Pizza is free for staffers on Monday and Friday.

With the new headquarters, the company is already finding the right hires and is in the process of moving all remaining remote workers to Houston, most of who are now willing to relocate due to the more reasonable housing and living costs.

Host Gator Web Host Expands and Opens Canadian Office
New location to support the company's growing North American presence
BOCA RATON, FL. June 28, 2006 Host Gator, a leading provider of shared, dedicated and reseller web hosting, announced today it will open a new subsidiary in Toronto, Canada. The Canadian operations will be the company's first subsidiary supporting the company's headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
Host Gator Canada will handle both general administrative tasks in addition to support tickets originating out of the US offices in Boca Raton. Approximately a dozen technical system administrations will be working out of the Toronto office by the end of the year. All staff will become direct employees of the company and no sub-contracted workers will be hired.

Host Gator's Top 1,000 Resellers Average 49.5 Hosted Web Sites
One of hosting industry's largest reseller networks is continuing phenomenal growth

This marks an increase of 150,000 domains over January of last year for Host Gator. Host Gator credits its fast-growing reseller program as the main reason for the substantial increase that took place in just one year.

Dedicated hosting plan comes with control panel, management and monitoring
BOCA RATON, FL. December 8, 2005 Host Gator, a leading provider of shared, dedicated and reseller hosting, today announced the release of its new "Standard" dedicated hosting plan. The offering is targeted at small to medium-sized business customers looking for an affordable managed dedicated server.
Host Gator's "Standard" server is fully customizable and includes management and monitoring, backed by 24/7 support and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. The servers also come with an installation of the latest version of cPanel or Web Host Manager and free Fantastico scripts for adding features such as blogs, portals, image galleries, site builders and billing automation.
Each "Standard" dedicated server is equipped with an AMD Athlon64 3200 processor in addition to generous amounts of hard drive space, memory and bandwidth. The DRRP was developed in direct response to the increasing frequency of hurricanes in the Florida region.
Although no Host Gator clients experienced any interruption in their service, with recent news of other web hosting companies experiencing disruptions due to Hurricane Wilma, Host Gator has chosen to re-examine its disaster contingency plans to ensure customers receive the 99.9% uptime they are guaranteed.
